Description
The DX4040 is an economical engraving and milling machine of our company, mainly for graphite, copper electrode and aluminum alloy processing, shoe mold manufacturing, and watch industry.
The whole machine structure uses all the cast structure of iron, two annealings eliminate stress, and the machine tool reinforcement is scientific to ensure no deformation. Increase the width of the bottom of the box base, and the stability is good when cutting at high speed. DX4040 uses grinding ball screw C3 grade, Taiwan PMI/ HIWIN H-class rail, three-axis precision less than 0.015mm. With high processing precision, small size, low price, this machine is suitable for high precision machining of small parts.
