Your steady hands can't match the accuracy of a drill press, and this jig drills perfectly angled holes without fail.

When the need arises to "toe screw" a couple pieces of wood (join them at an angle) or drill pocket holes, you'll need a jig to help do the job. A drill press is the ideal tool for drilling straight or angled holes perfectly each time, but the attached tables are set in a fixed position. This jig attaches to your drill press and makes it easy to drill multiple holes at any angle from 0 to 45 degrees.

You'll need 3/4 inch plywood, threaded rod, and a couple of threaded handles to build the jig. A bandsaw, sander, and clamps are needed to assemble the jig and a c-clamp is helpful for holding the jig in place.

This jig will quickly become a go-to accessory for your drill press and if you ever damage it, you can always build another.
