Application:
Turning inserts and tooling are specially developed to suit the cutting conditions in CNC machines. Our carbide inserts are made of carbide which results in maximum strength when looking at hardness and wear resistance. All cutting edges are fully ground and exceptionally sharp. This, together with the latest types of coating and suitable cutting geometries, gives Zhuzhou Good inserts an excellent tool life.
Turning inserts are manufactured in a variety of shapes, sizes and thicknesses. The shape can be round to maximize edge strength, diamond-shaped to allow a sharp point to cut fine features, square, or even octagonal to increase the number of separate edges that can be applied as one edge after another wears out.
